Terms of service
These terms govern use of Veltoza's Shopify applications, operated by AFA ECOMMERCE LIMITED ("Veltoza", "we"). Installing an application means accepting them.
What the service does
Veltoza applications read product, market and customer-event data from a merchant's Shopify store and deliver it to advertising platforms the merchant connects. We act on the merchant's instruction and access only the Shopify scopes granted at installation.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for holding valid accounts with any advertising platform they connect, for the accuracy of their product data, and for meeting the privacy and consent obligations that apply in the territories they sell to — including displaying any cookie or tracking notice their jurisdiction requires.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless the app is uninstalled first. Charges already billed by Shopify are not refundable by us; refund requests are handled under Shopify's policies. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to installed merchants.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Scheduled feed refreshes and event delivery depend on Shopify and on third-party advertising platforms, whose availability and acceptance rules are outside our control. Where a rebuild fails, the application preserves the last successfully delivered feed rather than replacing it.
Acceptable use
The applications may not be used to transmit fabricated conversions, to send data a merchant has no right to send, or to attempt to access another merchant's data. Every record is isolated by store, and we may suspend an installation that abuses the service.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the application in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for lost advertising revenue, indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
A merchant may uninstall at any time; scheduled work stops immediately and data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may terminate for breach of these terms or where required by Shopify or by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
